4. Code of Conduct & Account Management

Users must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of access to our services.

Account Deletion: Any request for account deletion (via the platform or support) is irreversible. Once an account is deleted, all associated data, enrollments, and records are permanently wiped from our active systems.
