At Tutor Express, we take your privacy seriously. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you are eligible for a refund, and the process for claiming it.
1. Demo Bookings
Demo classes are designed to help you experience our tutoring quality. If a nominal commitment fee is charged for a demo, it is fully refundable if the tutor fails to attend the scheduled session. If the student fails to attend without prior notice, the fee may be forfeited.
2. Subscription & Course Fees
If you enroll in a monthly or course-based tutoring plan and decide to cancel, refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused sessions. A small administrative fee may be deducted. Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 48 hours before the next scheduled class.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you experience delays, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
4. Account Deletion & Refunds
Please note that deleting your account initiates a strict data wipe across all our systems. If you are expecting a refund, do not delete your account until the refund has been successfully credited to your bank. We cannot process refunds for accounts that have been permanently wiped from our database.
